- How much does TallyHaul cost?
- Founding Owner-Operator is $15 per truck per month (limited), Owner-Operator Pro is $19.99 per truck per month, Pro + ELD Auto-Sync is $29.99 per truck per month, and Small Fleet is a flat $59.99 per month for up to 5 trucks.
- Is there a free trial?
- Yes. Every new account gets a 30-day free trial with no credit card required to start.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. Cancel in app settings; access continues through the period you already paid for.
- Is TallyHaul an ELD?
- No. The Pro + ELD plan connects to a supported third-party ELD account you already use (Motive today). Each driver connects their own account.
- Does TallyHaul do my taxes?
- No. It organizes records like expenses, mileage and qualifying travel days so you can share them with your tax professional. It does not provide tax or legal advice.
- Does it work without signal?
- Yes, partly. You can keep logging nights away while offline and they send automatically when you reconnect.
- How does Small Fleet work?
- The fleet owner invites up to 5 drivers by email. Drivers sign up with that email and see only the loads assigned to them.
- Can I try it without signing up?
- Yes — open the interactive demo from the pricing page. It uses sample data only.
- Is my data private?
- Yes. Records are tied to your account, and you can download or delete your data anytime from Settings.
